I. Core Principles

Informed Consent: All participants must give clear, voluntary, and pressure-free consent. Any action taken without explicit consent will be considered a serious violation.

SSC & RACK: All activities must adhere to the principles of Safe, Sane, and Consensual (SSC) or Risk-Aware Consensual Kink (RACK).

Respect for Boundaries: Every member’s physical and emotional boundaries must be honored. Any form of coercion, manipulation, or humiliation must be based on explicit, prior agreement.

II. Member Code of Conduct

Any illegal activity within the club is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to drug use, violence, or non-consensual behavior.
Photography, audio recording, or video recording is forbidden unless explicit permission is granted.
All sessions must be conducted under the supervision of a mentor or staff member to ensure safety and protocol.
Members are expected to maintain proper hygiene and etiquette, and to show respect for the space and others.

III. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in club activities is entirely voluntary. Members acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including but not limited to physical discomfort or emotional fluctuations.
Venarise and its staff are not legally responsible for any consequences arising from a member’s personal behavior, physical condition, or psychological response.
Members must disclose any relevant health conditions prior to participation. The club is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed medical history or discomfort.
If injury occurs due to rule violations, the responsible individual assumes full accountability.

IV. Privacy Protection

Venarise is committed to strict confidentiality. All personal information and session records are used solely for internal purposes and will never be disclosed externally.
Members have the right to request the deletion or modification of their personal data, and the club will comply within reasonable limits.

V. Agreement Acknowledgment

By registering or participating in any Venarise activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this agreement, and you pledge to abide by all rules and guidelines.
